We ship physical products to the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, and Europe. We are currently unable to ship to other locations.
If you're outside these regions, select Lumienta titles are available on Amazon and can be shipped to Amazon-supported territories.

Digital products
Ebooks and video courses are delivered electronically and are not affected by shipping. You'll receive access immediately after purchase.
Return & Exchange Policy
Physical products
We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges on physical books. Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.
If your order arrives damaged or defective, contact us via the email address on our Contact page within 14 days of delivery. Include your order number and a photo of the damage, and we'll work with you to find a solution.
Digital products
Due to the nature of digital content, we do not offer refunds on ebooks or video courses. All sales are final.
