Where do you ship?
We ship physical products to the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, and Europe. If no shipping rate is available for your address at checkout: Sorry, we cannot ship print books to this destination. Please try a different address, or order a digital edition.
If you're outside these regions, these Lumienta titles are available on Amazon and can be shipped to Amazon-supported territories: Disease X, Humming Heroes, Rip Van Winkle, and The Velveteen Rabbit. All other books, including The NO Secrets, will be coming to Amazon in the near future.

Print orders typically arrive within two weeks.

Digital products
Ebooks and video courses are delivered electronically and are not affected by shipping. You'll receive access immediately after purchase.
Return & Exchange Policy
Physical products
We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges on physical books. Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.
If your order arrives damaged or defective, contact us via the email address on our Contact page within 14 days of delivery. Include your order number and a photo of the damage, and we'll work with you to find a solution.
Digital products
Due to the nature of digital content, we do not offer refunds on ebooks or video courses. All sales are final.
If you experience technical difficulties accessing or downloading your purchase, please contact us. We'll do our best to resolve the issue and ensure you receive your product through alternative electronic means if necessary.
